What methods of payment do you accept ?

We accept Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.

What shipping method do you use ?

Orders are shipped using either UPS, USPS, DHL, Fed Ex or Freight Direct. The shipping method is determined by the warehouse. If there is a tracking number, then you will be emailed the tracking number so that you can keep track of your shipment, if you wish to do so.

Will I have to pay taxes or GST ?

You will not be charged sales tax.

For customers in Canada: For products that are available directly from our Canadian warehouse, you will NOT have to pay GST. For products that are shipped from outside of Canada: when you receive your product from the shipping company, you will pay GST and possibly other duty charges. Feel free to contact us for details about taxes on particular products.

What is your return policy ?

If you receive your product and then you change your mind and you want to return it, then you are welcome to do so within 30 days, as long as it is unused and in its original wrapping. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns, and shipping costs will also be deducted from the value refunded. If a product is DOA (dead on arrival) or damaged when you receive it, then please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything that we can to correct the situation. You must contact us before doing anything else. There will be an exchange for a DOA or damaged item, not a refund. If you want a refund on a product that was damaged when you received it, then a 15% restocking fee applies.
