Solar Garden Lights - How To Mount Wall Mounted Outdoor Solar Lights

Choose the surface for your wall mounted outdoor solar lights

First, decide which vertical surface you want to place one or more solar garden lights on. Many surfaces are suitable for placing wall mounted outdoor solar lights on, including walls, fences or columns. You will likely need to drill holes for the solar garden lights, so make sure you will be able to do that on the surface that you choose.

Check if your outdoor solar lights will get enough sun

The spot you have chosen for your solar garden lights needs to get enough hours of direct sunlight each day so the outdoor solar lights’ batteries will recharge. Check for anything that might cast shadows on your wall mounted solar garden lights.

Make sure the outdoor solar lights won’t be in the way of anything

Drill holes for the solar garden lights

Once you have the holes marked for your wall mounted outdoor solar lights, drill the holes for the outdoor solar lights in the wall, fence or column. Be sure to use the right size of drill bit for the required screws for the solar garden lights and the right type of drill bit for the surface.

Mount the outdoor solar lights

Once the holes have been drilled, you can now mount your wall mounted solar garden lights with the screws.
