Return Policy
If a product is DOA
(dead on arrival) or damaged when you receive it, then please contact
us as soon as possible and we will do everything that we can to correct
the situation. You must notify us within 30 days and contact us before
doing anything else. There will be an exchange for a DOA or damaged
item, not a refund. If you want a refund on a product that was damaged
when you received it, then a 15% restocking fee applies.
If you
receive your product, then you change your mind and you want to return
it, you are welcome to return it within 30 days, as long as it is
unused and in its original wrapping. You must notify us in advance for
an RMA number, or the return will not be accepted. There will be a 15%
restocking fee on all returns, and shipping costs will also be deducted
from the value refunded. Some products may be returned for a refund,
but certain products may only be exchanged for another product.
Here
is the list of products which are “return for exchange only” and must
be exchanged for another product within this same group of products:

Products
may differ slightly from the picture as shown. This may be due to an
upgrade to the product, which may look different but function the same.
From time to time, a product that has already been ordered is out of
stock.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, then it will be your choice to either :
1) receive a refund
2) receive a store credit
or
3) wait for new stock to become available.
We will email you and ask you which option you would prefer and we will
ask if you would like to wait until the item(s) are re-stocked. We may
be able to give you an approximate date that we may offer you a
comparable item in its place.
