Shipping Policies

The shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout.

Shipping is done on a Monday through Friday basis from 9 am to 5 pm EST. If your order is placed on Friday at 6 pm, then your order will not be officially placed until that coming Monday and thus will then ship that following week. All orders are shipped using either USPS, UPS, DHL, Fedex or Freight Direct. The shipping method is determined by the warehouse. Most orders will have a tracking number emailed to the buyer.

Order Processing Time: 1-4 Business Days.
Standard Shipping Delivery Time and Time in Transit: 2-7 business days, depending on the carrier.

We ship to the United States and Canada.

Canadian Customers - Shipping

All products are shipped directly to you from the United States via FedEx Express. The shipping costs that are added to orders are at cost. In other words, the shipping cost that you pay for on this web site is the amount that it costs us to ship your products to you, including duty, other taxes and brokerage fees, and no more than that. We do not make money on the amount that is charged to you for shipping.

Damaged Goods Policy

We will work with shipping services and insurance claims on damaged and incorrectly-routed shipments. If the product arrives damaged or the wrong product arrives, then you must contact us immediately for further instructions before doing anything else. We will ship a replacement item at no charge within 30 days, although you must return the original item before that will be done.
